Reprise de la chanson de Leon Russell mais plus connue par la version qu'a faite Donny Hathaway. La version de Whitney est surprenante car elle a tourné cette ballade classique en hymne des dancefloors (Dance/Pop). La chanson commence doucement par quelques accords de piano, puis au milieu, change radicalement vers un son plus dance avant d'atteindre son paroxysme à la fin.
Cette chanson est une sorte de "I'm Every woman" version 2000 : )
