Explications :
Il s'agit du morceau d'introduction de As The World Bleeds, le troisième album studio du groupe de metal chrétien Theocracy. La chanson est écrite du point de vue de Dieu, en utilisant le nom « Je Suis » — celui par lequel Dieu s'est révélé à Moïse lorsqu'il lui a parlé depuis le buisson ardent (Exode 3:14). Elle évoque la manière dont Dieu peut se révéler (à travers des traces de pas, l'abondance, la poésie, etc.) et souligne que la révélation ultime s'opère par le Christ lui-même (voir le refrain). L'expression « Je Suis » a également été prononcée par le Christ dans l'Évangile selon Jean (8:58) ; c'est pourquoi beaucoup croient qu'il n'est pas seulement le Fils de Dieu, mais Dieu lui-même (voir Jean 1:1 ; 10:30).
