Biographie de Wings
Wings est un groupe de rock britannique fondé en 1971 en Angleterre.
De 1978 à 1981 il est composé de Paul McCartney (chant, basse, piano), Linda McCartney (chant, clavier), Denny Laine (chant, guitare, qui quitte le groupe en mai 1982 après la parution de Tug of War en 1982 attribué à Paul McCartney seul et non à Wings), Laurence Juber (chant, guitare) et Steve Holly (batterie)
En 1981, un désaccord sur une tournée entre Paul et Denny Laine met fin à l'aventure Wings annoncée officiellement le 27 avril 1981. Le décès de Linda en 1998 mettra fin à tout espoir de reformation, celle-ci faisant partie du noyau central des Wings Paul/Linda/Denny.
