Biographie de Rise Against

Rise Against est un groupe de rock punk formé en 1999 à Chicago, US.
Le groupe commence sous le nom Transistor Revolt et est fondé par Tim McIlrath (chant), Joe Principe (basse-chant), Toni Tintari (batterie) et Mr. Precision (guitare-chant). Ils sortent un premier Ep éponyme en 2000. Le groupe change de composition et de nom en 2001 pour Rise Against.
Leur premier album 'The Unraveling' est sorti en 2001.
Il est maintenant composé de Tim McIlrath (chant-guitare), Zach Blair (guitare-chœurs), Joe Principe (basse-chœurs) et Brandon Barnes (batterie-percussions).
